Did you miss the April 30th license renewal deadline?
You cannot practice real estate until the issue with your license is settled.
If you failed to renew your real estate license by the April 30th deadline, you must contact IDFPR for additional information and direction (IDFPR at 800-560-6420 or FPR.firstname.lastname@example.org). We have a 15-hour home-study course you may complete ($150). However, the 15-hour classroom interactive portion must be completed in a classroom or live webinar. If you cannot find a 15-hour interactive class or webinar you can sign up to do it in a private class for $375. Call us at 630-307-3493 for more information.
AFTER you have passed the state exam and become sponsored you need to take a 30-hour Broker Post-License course. It’s given in two parts … a 15-hour post-license Topics home-study course and a 15-hour Applied Real Estate Practices interactive classroom sessions.
These courses are designed to cover the practice of real estate brokerage and offer a review of license law, state & federal laws, agency and real estate transactions. Brokers who take this course during their first renewal cycle will NOT be required to complete any other continuing education.
Tuition for the 15-hour home-study portion is $150.00 and the 15-hour classroom portion is $190.00. Tuition for both courses is discounted to $225.00. Tuition includes all text materials.
Here is the schedule of our upcoming 30-hour Broker Post-License classes.
